1. 协议主体与适用范围
本协议由用户与 ifgame 的运营主体（北京易富网络科技有限公司）就 ifgame 桌面软件、官网及相关在线服务的使用订立。用户开始使用正式服务即表示同意届时发布并生效的协议版本。
2. 服务内容
ifgame 面向 Godot 游戏项目提供对话、策划、媒体资产处理、Build、运行验证、修复与 Release 等工作流能力。具体功能、可用模型、Provider、平台支持和限制以实际发布版本为准。
3. 账户与安全
- 用户应使用本人或已获授权的信息注册和使用账户，并妥善保管登录凭据。
- 因发现账户异常、凭据泄露或未经授权使用，应通过官网公布的联系方式及时通知运营方。
- 用户不得转售、出租、共享受限制的账户访问权限，或绕过产品的身份、计费、权限和安全控制。
4. 付费与结算
需要付费的 Provider 操作按正式发布的计价与结算规则从 ifgame 余额处理。服务可能在操作开始前预留余额，并根据服务端记录的实际用量或权威成本凭据完成结算和剩余预留返还。充值金额、价格、退款条件和支付规则以正式支付页面及届时生效的规则为准。
5. 用户内容与项目文件
用户对其依法拥有或获授权使用的需求描述、项目文件和上传内容保留相应权利。用户应确保其提交内容不侵犯第三方合法权益。ifgame 仅在提供、维护、恢复和改进正式服务所必要的范围内处理相关数据，具体见《隐私政策》。
6. 合理使用
- 不得利用服务从事违反适用法律法规的活动。
- 不得攻击、干扰、逆向破坏服务基础设施，或以自动化方式绕过限额和访问控制。
- 不得提交无权处理的违法、侵权、恶意或其他依法禁止的内容。
7. 第三方服务
ifgame 的部分 Agent 或媒体能力可能调用第三方 Provider。第三方服务的可用性、模型能力和上游规则可能变化；ifgame 会在自身服务边界内进行授权、路由、计费与结果处理，但无法保证第三方服务持续无中断。
8. 服务变更与中断
为维护安全、稳定和功能演进，运营方可对服务进行更新、维护或调整。涉及用户重要权益的重大变更将在适用法律要求的范围内通过合理方式通知。
9. 知识产权
ifgame 软件、网站、品牌、界面及相关技术成果中的知识产权归其权利人所有。除法律允许或运营方明确授权外，不得复制、出售、出租、公开传播或用于建立竞争性服务。
10. 责任与争议
正式版本将在上线前结合业务所在地、支付规则和适用法律完善责任限制、消费者权益、退款与争议解决条款。任何条款均不排除适用法律禁止排除或限制的责任。

1. Parties and scope
These Terms are between the user and the operator of ifgame (北京易富网络科技有限公司) for use of the ifgame desktop application, website and related online services. Use of the production service will be subject to the version published and effective at that time.
2. Service
ifgame provides workflows for Godot game projects, including dialogue, planning, media processing, Build, runtime verification, repair and Release. Available features, models, Providers, platforms and limitations are determined by the production version.
3. Accounts and security
- Use information you own or are authorized to use and protect your login credentials.
- Report suspected compromise or unauthorized account use through the public contact channel.
- Do not resell, rent or improperly share restricted account access, or bypass identity, billing, permission or security controls.
4. Payment and settlement
Paid Provider operations are handled against the ifgame balance under the pricing and settlement rules effective at launch. The service may reserve balance before an operation and settle from server-observed usage or authoritative cost receipts, returning unused reservation according to the applicable rules. Top-up amounts, pricing, refunds and payment terms are governed by the production payment flow.
5. User content and project files
Users retain the rights they lawfully hold in their requests, project files and submitted content and must have the right to process that content. ifgame processes related data only as necessary to provide, maintain, recover and improve the production service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for activity prohibited by applicable law.
- Do not attack, disrupt or deliberately damage service infrastructure, or automate attempts to bypass limits and access controls.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious or otherwise prohibited content that you have no right to process.
7. Third-party services
Some Agent and media capabilities may rely on third-party Providers. Availability, model capabilities and upstream rules may change. ifgame manages authorization, routing, billing and result processing within its own service boundary but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party service.
8. Changes and interruptions
The operator may update, maintain or adjust the service for security, reliability and product development. Material changes affecting user rights will be communicated in a reasonable manner where required by applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
Intellectual property in the ifgame software, website, brand, interface and related technology belongs to its respective rights holders. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized, users may not copy, sell, rent, publicly redistribute or use them to build a competing service.
10. Liability and disputes
The production version will add final liability limits, consumer rights, refund and dispute-resolution terms based on the business location, payment flow and applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
